• ISBN assistance
• Marketing and promotional services
• Consultation services

3. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have legal rights to all materials submitted to us. You agree that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

4. Payments & Refunds

All services require payment as agreed in the service proposal or invoice.

• Payments may be required upfront or in installments.
• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of their original manuscript and intellectual property. Publishing Pedia retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and processes used in delivering services.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Publishing Pedia does not guarantee book sales, rankings, reviews, or publishing success. Marketing services do not guarantee bestseller status.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all manuscripts and client materials as confidential and will not disclose them without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Publishing Pedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not fulfilled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
